Our Online Promotions facility enables us to promote material over the Internet to established music industry sources in response to their A&R requirements.

Online Submissions are prepared and presented to clients in a fraction of the time it would normally take by conventional means.

So how does it all work?

Firstly, no music is openly available on this site. To do so would compromise the copyrights of unreleased material.

Songs from our catalog are ‘published’ on hidden Song Profile pages. Each Song Profile includes classification/description/theme etc, lyric sheet, track credits and writer profile. Most importantly there are Hi-Fi and Lo-Fi audio links to one or more demos of the song.

Rosewood clients (record companies, artist managers, sub-publishers etc) each have their own private ‘Home Page’ under the Rosewood web site. When A&R requirements are made known to us, we simply assemble an Online Submission on that client’s Home Page containing a selection of songs that may be suitable for the project.

With Online Submissions we can now work easily with the client to refine this selection based on feedback to what's been submitted. The client may request a CD at anytime or simply bookmark their Home Page to review the songs as required.

Accessing material online in this way greatly speeds up the process of sourcing suitable material for upcoming recording projects.
